Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information to the Company regarding the event details, including but not limited to:
Event date, time, and location
Guest list and dietary restrictions
Budget and payment schedule
Obtain any necessary permits or licenses required for the event
Cooperate with the Company throughout the planning and execution of the event
Company Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan
Source and coordinate vendors, including but not limited to:
Venue
Catering
Entertainment
Decor
Manage the event budget and provide regular updates
Be responsible for the overall success of the event
Payment Terms
A deposit of a certain amount is due upon signing of the Event Proposal.
The remaining balance is due some days prior to the event. Which may be decided with the client.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the event 15 days or more prior to the event, the Company will retain the deposit.
If the Client cancels the event 15 days or less prior to the event, the Company will retain some percentage of the total event cost.
