TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information to the Company regarding the event details, including but not limited to:
  • Event date, time, and location
  • Guest list and dietary restrictions
  • Budget and payment schedule
  • Obtain any necessary permits or licenses required for the event
  • Cooperate with the Company throughout the planning and execution of the event

Company Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan
  • Source and coordinate vendors, including but not limited to:
  • Venue
  • Catering
  • Entertainment
  • Decor
  • Manage the event budget and provide regular updates
  • Be responsible for the overall success of the event

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of a certain amount is due upon signing of the Event Proposal.
  • The remaining balance is due some days prior to the event. Which may be decided with the client.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the Client cancels the event 15 days or more prior to the event, the Company will retain the deposit.
  • If the Client cancels the event 15 days or less prior to the event, the Company will retain some percentage of the total event cost.
